Hello. I have 4-5year old pc with fx 4100 and hd7850oc. Im thinking about changing graphics card to nvidia gtx970 (sli) and I wanted to ask if my old fx4100 will handle games for 1-2 more years. Or i should upgrade and cpu to somthing like fx8350 or just wait a little and build new pc. Sorry for my bad english.

That's a problem, because thes'e gpu's has damaged original packaging and now they have -100 euros off each. I have 4k hdtv and i want to try 4k gaming experience (it has hdmi 2.0 so 60fps, old monitor is 720p) after another 3-5 months i could throw into build another 500-800 euros then get new mobo, cpu, ram. In 3-5 months cpu and ram prices might drop becouse now it's a little high for a i5-6600k and 16gb ddr4 ~400 euros, mobo prices are normal like in uk. Now other question is 750w power supply is enough for gtx970 sli?

For SLI GTX 970 at least 700 W basic psu is required.

If you want overclock the cards and your cpu and take the aging parts in count, then a little more wattage would be better. Also more wattage psu would mean it operate less on its limits, so longer lifetime and better efficiency. Especially if the psu have less quality, then higher wattage would be better. Good quality psu can live with less wattage, but on peak spikes its always good to have some power room.

So, my advice would be a good quality psu with 800 W. So 750 W is perfectly fine, just not the optimum in my opinion.
