CPU:AMD FX-6300
GPU: AMD HD 6850
MOBO: MSI 970 Gaming
PSU: STRIKE-X 500W
RAM: GSKILL DDR3 4GB x2

What are the first components I should buy? if possible I need to change the components one at a time. Right now I can't replace all components at the same time.

Yep;

Do it all at once. Don't buy some parts now and some later. You could easily find out in August that the part you bought in May was DEAD ON ARRIVAL, but you didn't know it for 3 months.

Stockpile your money.

Thank you guys, What components should I buy? I would like to play Dota 2 in high settings with around 100fps. I don't play any other games and have no plan to

with the said specs I have, I can play dota 2 in lowest settings 1080p 70fps

Dota 2 is CPU limited game.

The 70 FPS wont change with a new GPU. Conversely, a 13700k CPU with its iGPU can give you 70fps in 1080p.

I would say get a new CPU/MOBO/RAM and later get a new GPU.

The good thing is, the cpu again need not be high end.

something like this:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor ($127.00 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac ATX AM4 Motherboard ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($36.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($25.93 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Super Flower Golden Green HX 650 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ Newegg Sellers)
Total: $379.90
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Thank you for replying,

it isn't better If i buy a non-integrated CPU and GPU?

instead of buying an integrated graphics then buying GPU? because integrated graphics in CPU, and GPU have the same function?

thank you for your further/advance replies guys

I suggest getting a budget together and then asking about build parameters based on it. Do some window shopping around, of course, get an idea of what you may want, but even a couple of days from now pricing and whatnot can be different, weeks and the whole landscape will have changed.

If i am not wrong, even right now the game is limited by the CPU. you could try to reduce the resolution and set the graphics to basic settings and see the FPS in-game.

So if you want, you could even use the old GPU with the above parts i mentioned.

Dota is not a difficult game to run.
