Hey all... I am planning a future build to replace my older system. I do a lot of web browsing and the games I play are Diablo 3 and some older generation games from 5-20 years ago. My old build is getting really old now and when I have the money I want to build a new PC. I just want some thoughts on my old PC compared to this new one. Links to the builds are here:

I'm not too worried about the rpm speed as it is just a back up drive.
The keyboard & Mouse I chose are the updated models of what I have and I don't need batteries for them, they charge by solar power. Also I hate wired keyboards and mice as I move them round too much. I take them over to my couch which is about 3 feet away when I want to be more comfortable and not have to get up every time a episode changed on Hulu.
The SSD is there because I use my primary drive for everything, I want it big enough for creating my small non existent YouTube account. I do videos on Diablo 3, Power Rangers, & Dragon Ball.

I like the mouse because it's wireless and I don't need batteries for it. It solar charges. My current KB & M need batteries and it is a pain to replace them every so often especially while gaming.

The PSU is just fine for me. I don't need a whole lot of power and I was trying to limit my budget as much as I could without sacrificing my needs.

I want a 1TB SSD for my main drive. I don't want to have to worry about space and have to rely on a HDD which is only for back up of my files from the last 20 years of family items and OS backups.

For my monitor I can always get one down the line which I would want to do anyway to take advantage of the new GPU. It's just not in my budget at the moment.

I did a alternate build reusing some of your existing parts. I kept the same mouse.

It reuses the SSD boot drive, the dvdrw's and the power supply. I think you could sell the GTX750, maybe the case, speakers, key,mouse, speakers. I know you don't need the new case i just thought you want the system to look new and fancy that's all.

Are you serious? An AM3 platform ...... when Ryzen 3000 is already here.

Didn't even see that it is his current pc,but that is why he wants to upgrade ...

The PhenomII X6 is not terrible. It does lack SSE4.1 so some of the newest games like farcry5 wont run on it.
PhenomII X6 1035T OC to 3.7ghz with a RX580.. It seems to run not too bad with this card.

I went with a smaller micro-ATX case. It's also the cheapest case with tempered glass. However small cases like that take patience to build in. It will be sorta crammed inside so take your time.
-This leaves a 6+2 pcie power plug free if you want to buy a 2nd RX570 later on to run Crossfire.

-If you have other drives around so you can mirror the 480ssd over to it and then reuse it in this system, it's still a pretty good ssd. The 480 ssd you have would also work ok as a OS drive if you need to save $60.
-Normally you put your OS and some programs, drivers, ect. on your SSD boot drive and then your Steam folder on a 2nd HDD and sometimes have a 3rd one to backup important stuff, ect.

No CPU bios flashback. (The Ryzen 5 3600X needs the lastest bios to work on a B450 board. )

It ends up being $57 More than your build..
I ended up ditching the Ryzen 5 3600 because you can get a board with Crossfire if you stick with the Ryzen 7 2700. This leaves a cheap and easy GPU upgrade option later on where you can add a second used or on sale RX570.

If the system is working fine as it is, and your games also play at the settings you want, you don't really need to change anything. You already have a solid state drive, video card and CPU you have is fine for older games. Are you looking to do higher resolution or refresh rates? Or just want to change the system just to change it?
