Old PII 333's Overclocked Rebooting Problem

I had 2 old P2 333's SLTV's week 51 Ireland that can do 500
so I built a dual box. Problem is, after about 6 months of previous use, one of them starting rebooting after about
4-5 hours of moderate use. Now the same thing is happening again on this new set up. I upped the voltage on it but I still get those reboots. I have a old Vek-12 on one and an
Alpha on the other.

I think the one rebooting has the Vek-12
on it. I mean it's an old sink but still pretty good. What
could be causing these reboots after a few hours of use?
I have good old Mushkin Samsung -GH ram in there so I don't think it's the ram. I don't think but you never know. If it was a heat issue, it should show up before a few hours of use right? Any opinions on this problem?

Can the system run with one cpu?
If so try one then the other, see which one reeboots then swich the hs on them and check again..That should tel u if it is a heat prob or not.

My other sig is thought provolking and interesting.(And spelt corectly😱)

I also had this problem on a computer I was working with, it was a 333(66) Dutchus that I was trying to get to run at 500(100) but at odd times, like whenever it felt like it, it would reboot, no matter what voltage. To solve this I bumped it back down to 83mhz FSB, and it's been fine ever since (but only running at 417mhz or something like that instead of 500 🙁.
