Can a PSU cause corruption on SSD and NVME drives? I have some gremlins in my dual-boot computer, can't figure out what's causing them. File corruption on the NVMe has forced me to reinstall Windows thrice, this time I can't read data on my SSD. Now I'm backing everything up to a separate hard drive just in case.

I'm generally good with computers and have built a few and fixed more than a few, but this goes beyond the usual. It's really weird having these problems with no indication what the cause is.

Ryzen 3700X, Corsair 32GB 3200MHz, Strix X470-F Gaming, Cricual SSD and WD NVMe.

The oldest component in my computer is the TX650 power supply - it's been working well but now I'm wondering if that's the culprit - do you think that's likely the cause?

Unlikely that the PSU is the problem, but, that model came out a long time ago. How old is yours?
