Well - only other things I can ask?
Are you running your connection through a VPN. If so, try turning it off.
Make sure you are saving the file to your local hard drive. Not a network shared drive.
Just so you know, the software is now owned by Beijing Aviation Trust Intellectual Property Consulting Co,, China. I'm in Canada so I have no issues but if you are in the US or elsewhere, it may be blocked by your ISP provider.
Have you tried contacting them through their support page telling them you have issues downloading their product?

Sure feel free to ask anything in general about this that you like then.
No I am not running my connection to VPN
Yes I am tryhing to save the file to my drive, which I assume you mean my computer, I am saving it the same way I would save anything from online then.
If you are able to use it, may I ask what version you are using? And what Windows are you using? And just to make sure, you actually downloaded it, and installed it, and it opened, and then you actually recorded something and it worked then?
Just so you know, I am able to use an older version that I have on my older computers, but I can't find a version that would work on my new computer then.
By the way just so you know, when I try getting the software from my old computer, and instaling it on my new computer, it seems to install, and then when I launch it, this pops up then -
Exception EACMAudioinError in modeule FreeSoundRecorder.exe at 000857D2. Error opening audio device for input. Bad device ID.
So then after that some people who had a similar problem wrote online that it could be something about enabling steroe mix or enabling microphone input, so I tried chanigng one or both of those things to find out if it would work and it did get it to launch, but now when I press the record button to record something a new error pops up and it said somethign like
Unable to find address id 0000000 or something like that.
Any idea what is going on?
By the way have you ever considered that maybe it does not work on a newer windows since it said it is required to use windows that are older then?
Hey also, would you mind if I just gave you a call since you seem to know this topic? I have been trying to get this prodcut to work for years, and also I have been writing to you off and on since about December, and a phone is much more faster, and a phone is much more practical then.
