Old sound card or integrated sound?

Hi,

This might be a stupid question but I'm upgrading my PC and putting in a gigabyte z97x-gaming 7 motherboard and I'd like to know if it's worth leaving in my cheap 6 year old X-Fi Xtreme Audio sound card?

I know the motherboard is supposed to have decent integrated sound but how does it compare?

I have an old laptop that is as loud as my tv on full. Its a Dell Spiron e1505. Its known for its sound also. I think its integrated maybe idk. Most Integrated Sound Cards on Modern Motherboards should be good
