Question Old used pc buying

Hi all
I'm from Iran and because of our bad currency rate (1 dollar = 120,000 rials! ) I can't buy new pc equipments and I have to buy old used hardware!
I found this pc in a site and I want to know is it good in 2020 or not?
Cpu : fx 8350
Cooling : cool master ice blade pro2
Ram : 2*4 gig DDR3 1600
Motherboard : MSI
Vga: msi gameX rx 570 4gig
Samsung ssd + Western digital hdd

I want to use it for gaming, Photoshop, gem vision matrix 8, 3ds max(not pro using), unity 3d(mobile games)

It's a alright gaming pc, however I would recommend something a little newer as the fx series is fadding out
