Question Older GPU won't display on my B450M Motherboard ?

Heya all, I have a PC with specification such as these :
AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G Processor
MSI B450M-A Pro Max Motherboard
Netac U-DIMM DDR4 2x8GB 3200MHz CL16-20-20-20-40-68 RAM
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM HDD

So, the problem is :
I recently received an old GPU which is MSI R9 270 Gaming BF4
But the problem is when I tested on this B450M motherboard, the GPU won't detect and had this 1 long beep and 2 short beep.
And what makes me confused is when I tested my RX 6600 XT my PC run without any problems

I tested the R9 270 with older motherboard (Intel Core i7 6700 & Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3) and the old GPU displaying outputs.
I also tested R7 240 and HD 5670 too with my B450M motherboard with no success, and tested those old GPU on Z170X motherboard it runs normally.

Is there any solution to make those old GPU works on my B450M motherboard?

You forgot to include the make and model of your PSU and it's age. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? It might very well be an incompatibility with your VBIOS and the BIOS on your motherboard that might be causing the issue.

Oh sorry, my PSU is local brand named Innovation Legacy Series 600W 80+ Gold PSU, and my BIOS version is currently 7C52v3E Release Date 2022-04-20
And how to fix the VBIOS / BIOS issue? Can I revert the BIOS version to the older one or maybe should I need to flash the R9 270 GPU BIOS?

Edit : The PSU is new, I bought it around September 2022 to supply RX 570 8GB before.

I'm not sure, I think the BIOS is not set to legacy mode.
I can only find this as emergency affordable PSU, I might buy better ones soon
