Older Socket 7 Info

I'm building a gaming computer for my grandsons based on an older Socket 7 board that I just acquired. However, I'm trying to identify this board so that I may obtain whatever documentation may be available. The board has the initials CE between the #1 and #2 PCI slots and teh number 5TTM M201 stamped between the #3 & #4 PCI slots. I've lost my touch for locating how to identify components, I'd guess.
