Reading online I find many who have problems on Windows with the OLEDs, characters to read not perfect and Burn in

For gaming they are definitely the best, but if one wanted an OLED only for Windows and Web Browsing does it make sense?

In case what would you recommend?

Currently I am in the return window with the Xiaomi Miniled G Pro 27, the local dimming on Windows has some imperfections and I would have preferred something bigger than a 27

Text can be more difficult to read due to the pixel layout of OLED displays, and they can be subject to burn in, but most cases are from people abusing their monitors and not taking proper precautions. If you do zero gaming or anything less than light content consumption, then an OLED just doesn't make sense, even ignoring the exorbitant entry price. Similarly, 32 inch 4K displays are hard to come by at competitive prices, I would personally stick with 27 inches unless you can fork over the cash for the additional five inches.

To start, Dell's S2721QS is a solid entry level office monitor, with decent brightness and color accuracy, as well as 4K resolution for sharp text.

The next step up in terms of quality and features would be something like the Asus ProArt, which also has 4K resolution, but has far more accurate colors over the Dell, USB C charging, and HDR400 certification.
