OLED TV or Gaming Monitor?

So I am at a loss of what the best choice would be. I get the TV or the Computer Monitor? I play lots of games but watch even more movies and shows and I LOVE a great picture and have plenty of 4k Movies and such.
so here are my options.

LG Electronics OLED55C7P 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV (2017 Model)
for $1800

or

Asus ROG PG348Q 34-Inch Ultra-wide QHD Swift Curved Gaming Monitor
for $1300

I'm not sure how you think we can help unless you have SPECIFIC questions you need answered.

Obviously you need a good gaming PC with a high-end NVidia graphics card such as GTX1070 or better to benefit most from that GSYNC monitor, so if you have that then it really boils down to what you'll use most.

You seem to answer your own question anyway.

OTHER:
I would look into a nice SOUNDBAR at some point too if you get the HDTV. (one that uses ARC)
