OMG Help!!

So I just built a new PC:

ASrock Z77 Extreme4 Mobo
i5 3570k Processor
Cooler Master 212 Cooler
Corsair XMS 3 1333mhz 8gb (2x4gb) ram

Everything seems to run fine, Except when I turn it on, The monitor stays in sleep mode, Says that no wire is connected. I tried plugging the cord into the Video Card, and into the MOBO same response. What am I missing here, is there something maybe I didn't get plugged in that could cause this problem ? Please Help!

Well, Hooked up a new monitor, Got picture..... Reallllllllyyyyyyy pissed off now, $500 monitor only a year old and now bad

no no no...let's not go that far yet...it might just need some tweaking of some kind. don't give up hope just yet. do you have anything else you can plug into your monitor to see if it works at all?

Are you certain the monitor works? You are plugging it in with VGA DVI HDMI?

DVI, i hooked up another monitor same cord, it worked fine
