Just built a new computer with a Asrock H61M-dgs and a HDD from another computer , that was working. The PC posts and even trys to run Win7 but says it cannot. The Bios screen says eveything is there, hard drive, opticle drive,CPU,etc. After the post screen it just jumps to a screen that says Windows Error Recovery. What am I missing. This is my 3rd build.Do I have to load windows again.

You cannot pull an OS Hard drive from one computer, install it into another computer with a different motherboard and expect it to work. The registry settings and drivers are all looking for your old motherboard which it can no longer find and windows fails to boot. You *SHOULD* do a complete re-installation of Windows.
