On a scale from 1 - 10 . . .

Solution
5.5/10

Minus points for
- CPU cooler (It's alright but outdated, Cryorig H7 is the new good one)
- Case (Attracts a lot of dust, you don't want this)
- Non-IPS monitor (poor image quality)
- incredibly overpriced power supply.
- No SSD
- Loud graphics card

Here is what I would take, same price aswell remember!

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($226.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.50)
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($139.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($62.99 @ Newegg)
Storage:...
6. Add an SSD, Replace the Blue HDD with a Black (better warranty, faster), Need more RAM 16GB is what I recommend. And get a Seasonic Platinum PSU instead of the Corsair. Also you don't need 760 Watts unless you plan to add a 2nd video card later.

quieter case, cpu cooler and gpu cooler.

650w psu for sli 970s if you choose.
cpu cooler is very very quiet. 3.5ghz is plenty fast enough for gaming with a 970 so there is no need for massive oc's and high temps. so i opted for quiet running. it wouldnt matter how slowly you ran the evo it just cant compete on low noise levels. it might beat it by 1'c on a thermal test but the quieter operation makes up for that 2.

case is just a treat to work in, has lots of mounting options, guttering for cable managment, filters and more.
modular, quiet case that has good air flow.

gpu again quiet cooler.

overall you just get better looks, easier use quieter and more efficient use of power.

the only negative is the ips panel's low cm/d2, on bright days it might be hard to see in a well lit room.
if thats to much of an issue then go for a non ips 350 cm/d2 screen.

For this one I rate the build I made the highest as it includes an SSD, quiet version of the GTX 970, better CPU Cooler, better case and a solid IPS monitor. Can you agree with this one Shadow Reaper :p?

Edit: Oh I see yours has an SSD aswell now. It's just the case, IPS monitor, silent GPU and cooler I prefer then. All is good.
