On and off loop

Its a mini ITX Gigabyte C1007UN with integrated CPU. I started to have high temperatures (almost 60) in idle so i tried to clean up CPU part (removed fan and pipe, clean it, replace paste) and i guess it killed it? After reasembleing everything starts and after 3 sec is off and on going into a loop, only way to shut it down is to turn off power suply.

Tried everything I read for this issue- changing ram stickers, turning it on without them and everything else except motherboard and PSU, tried other PSU, same thing, so its definetly motherboard/cpu combo. Tried clearing CMOS dozen of times, and removing (and replacing) battery. I havent found in manual place for a speaker so i dont know whould it beep and what.

Basically, im asking is there anything more to try I haven't think of or is it just dead (its some 5y old so I doubt its worth repairing)

Well I don't know, I add ?. I only replaced the paste like on an ordinary CPU and put back heat sink and fan.

Yes and I already answered you. There is a question mark in there, from the beginning, in the part you are highlighting.
Its not working, I have explained the problem in that post and by that ? I am asking is it dead and why so, if that is not clear by now.
I have explained in detail what the issue is and how and when it came to be, cleaning CPU and replacing the paste is not common cause of motherboard failure (as far as I know). Im asking is there anything more to do, im not stating that its dead because I don't know (it probably is because I tried everything and no one add anything more in this thread).
Thank you for your input in this thread and if you don't have anything more to add that is topic related (and not that one part of one sentence and how its formulated) bye.

no, that is not my point. By asking about you think you killed some components, I just wonder what makes you ask that because unless you know you have done something that may cause a damage I cannot see sny reason to ask that. And since nothing else you write clearly indicate that, it puzzles me slightly.

But to the case: In what condition was the old cooling paste before you removed it? Was it crispy and dry? Have you OC the cpu? Did the computer act normal prior to your cooling paste replacement? Did it respond healthy when stressing cpu/gpu?

I read that this is a bios issue and if most common solutions don't work (which i tried) than its faulty motherboard. Its a mini board with 2 core integrated CPU so i thought its maybe specifically related to it not having a separate CPU and that removing cooler somehow screwed up bios and that "broke" it.
No overclock or stress testing. It was running hot almost 60 while surfing (by Real Temp) beside that it was working fine. Paste looked crispy and dry.
