Question On HWIinfo infinity clock is showing as 1996mhz when i put it at the default 2000...this normal?

Yes it is normal.
Just basic fluctuations in specific RAM sticks.

Another set might show 1998.
Or 2001


You're looking at a 0.2% difference from 2000.
