On startup a white line displays in the left corner. Please help!

This problem occured after i updated my Windows 8.1 computer with some smaller updates today. As it stated after the updates that a computer restart was needed, i restarted it acordingly. After that this problem occued. I tried everything i could find, from deafulting UEFI settings to using the Windows CD to run the diagnostics, but nothing worked. I have no idea what is the cause of the problem or how to fix it.

Any answer is appreciated. Please reply, I posted on 5 different forums with no replies. 🙁

Its a small white blinking line, yes. About half a centimeter long.

No it doesnt boot at all. Its just blinking forever.

Make sure in the BIOS your boot drive is selected.

Yes. The original Windows 8.1 CD.

It also sais that I can "refresh" my computer once I put in the CD, but it sais that computer has to be unlocked and this feature doesnt work.
