Hello,

When I start my computer as normally, it's all fine untill after the Windows screen is done and it should take me to my desktop with icons, background and taskbar: it doesn't 🙁

It does proceed to the screen where this should be, but the only thing I get is a blue screen with the "My Computer" folder opened; no taskbar, start menu, icons and I can't even right click the desktop.
What I can do is: ctrl+alt+del, works normally. Taskmanager also opens via that. and I can also open programs and acces disks via the "My Computer" folder, thats how I opened internet to ask you guys:

Is this a common problem with an easy solution? I will provide as much info as required if you will try to fix this with me, I have already tried rebooting and starting in safe mode; didnt work

Any help appreciated!
Thx in advance, greets.

EDIT: OOPS, System restore may be applicable, I was just helping someone who couldn't boot properly, even into recovery. Sorry if I sounded rude.

This is how it looks like:
