Onboard HDMI not working

Hello,

I recently build a family computer. Specs are

4GB RAm
500GB HDD
AMD A3850 APU
MSI A75A-G35 Motherboard
500W PSU

The problem I'm having is that the Onboard HDMI located on the MSI A75A-G35 motherboard doesn't work. I'm trying to hook it up to my HDTV via HDMI-HDMI, but it doesn't seem to display anything. The VGA port does, but the HDMI doesn't. Anyone have an suggestions how to get this to work?

u have to disconnect ur vga cable from computer....coz u can use only one display port at a time...HDMI OR VGA OR DVI...

Hi... I have graphics card GE force 9500, where i have VGA and DVI.
PC Motherboard has HDMI, I am not able to view things in HDMI (since it is in motherboard do i need to unplug my graphics card ? )
