Onboard vs standalone, need help.

Alright so I'm planning to buy a gaming pc. Now there is a sale on a Dutch site for a HP Omen machine which has a i5-8400 and an onboard gtx 1070. On the other hand I was looking at a MSI nightblade for the same price with a i5 -7400 but with a standalone gtx 1060. Now the specs for the Omen are better, but I'm worried that due to the integrated gtx 1070 the standalone gtx 1060 somehow gains edge over the 1070.

Is there someone that can answer whether I'm talking crap and that I should go for the omen or in someway the msi one is better?

Thanks

Solution
There is no such thing as an onboard GTX 1070. Both the 2 GPUs are discrete GPUs, the only onboard Graphics in both specs are the iGPU in the Intel CPU.

Get the Omen, better CPU and better GPU, much better performance.
