Over 2 weeks ago, I built a new rig together from scratch. All new parts and so far everything is working great.

I installed my first AIO cooler and generally it's working, but for the last few days, I kept hearing some quiet ticking sounds in like every 2 seconds. I soon discovered that one of the fans isn't spinning properly. The ticking sounds are occurring when it tries to run the fan.

I tried to get it to move with my finger, but to no avail. The RGB light is working and I made sure everything else is connected. Is it possible it's already worn out after such a short time?

It's a Thermalright grand vision 360ARGB. As it has a screen showing me the CPU temperature, it always has been at around 40C during idle mode. over 50 when playing games. Even with one fan not running.

Anything I can do or I should get in touch with the site I've ordered it from?
I've checked the official manufacture site, but looks like they don't have fans for the cooler.

The fans are daisychained on your AIO's radiator, have you tried disconnecting the fan(while the system is powered down and disconnected from the wall) and then reconnected on the next powered down session?

You should contact your seller and Thermalright to see if they can RMA the cooler or just send out a replacement fan for your AIO.

no, I haven't tried that yet. May give it a try.

If the above method isn't working, I guess I have to get in touch with either of them and see what they can do.
