One button Shutdown

Hi!

My goal is to set up my computer (running Windows XP) so that when she presses a keyboard button, the computer powers down.
I am looking for a tool with which I can assign a keyboard key, which when it is hold for a longer than 3 seconds, the computer shuts down.
Or if this is not possible, then a tool which allows me to select a keyboard key, which when pressed would run a specific .bat file.
