One exhaust fan vs two for silence

I am making a silent build and have been considering what the best route would be for exhaust: one fan running at max speed (1200 rpm, ~18 dB, probably Noctua NF-A14 non ULN) or two fans running at lower speed (650 rpm, ~8dB each, probably Noctua NF-A14 ULN with adaptor).

while 1200 RPM will be audible, it won't be that loud. However twin fans at 650RPM will run super silent. So I suggest two.
