Question One front usb port does not work

I bought a new cooler master masterbox case when i moved all components from the old housing one front usb port didn't work i tried everything and restart the bios and reinstall the whole system but nothing i tried the drivers to reinstall repeatedly and again nothing but the weirdest of all, the manager states that the usb port normally works, I tried this method to upgrade the driver but nothing.
Otherwise both ports are connected to one cable.

One port may have a broken/loose connection. Can you physically see the connections on the USB port?
I even had one case that a front panel component was wired incorrectly.

as far as i can see everything is fine in the device manager it says that I have two 3.0 ports and how they work normally

Odd. Try a different USB header on the motherboard. If no joy, I'd have to assume the USB ports module was defective from the factory. Which one of the Master Box line do you have?

I have only one input on motherboard for usb 3.0 . I have cooler master master box mb520

Oh that's right. You did say (later) that it was the USB3.0 port that was the problem. I was still thinking USB2.0.
Do you have a previous case laying around that has USB3.0? You could test the front panel USB3.0 cable from it on that board to see if the problem is the case/cable or the board's header. But I suspect the problem is on the case.

If the problem is the case, and you contact Cooler Master with this information, and the USB3.0 module is easily accessible, they may send you a replacement module. You wouldn't have to send the case back that way.
