Question One of my computers doesnt load some websites and apps

Alright... some days ago I started to notice that some websites didnt load.
This is really annoying now because im unable to download Photoshop(Adobe doesnt load)
Im unable to access websites like outlook.com ect
Steam loads really slow now, with a red link in the top left corner.

This only happens on my desktop computer. My laptop and phone doesnt have this problem.

I've tried to use all the browser, ending with the same results.
I've tried to follow different turtorials on the internet, but they are all as useless as the troubleshooter on windows.

If anyone has had the same problem, please tell me how to fix it.

If this box used to work just fine, u made no change whatsoever, I suggest run Windows RESTORE, to a prior known-to-be-good checkpoint.

As usual, keep backups of your critical data, am not responsible for any data loss.

Im pretty sure that this is something that just happened outta the blue yeah.

Can you tell me more about the windows restore? How to run it, and what to select.
