Question One of my fans is making a shaky noise that comes and goes. Any help?

One of my pc fans started to make a shaky noise yesterday, I can’t figure out which one it is, I’ve opened the case and booted the pc on but I couldn’t see anything amiss and I even checked all the fans and they’re all secure and no wires are like getting in the way or anything.

Motherboard: MSI MPG B550Gaming Edge WiFi
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
RAM: 16GB Kingston Fury (dual channel)
SSD: Samsung Evo 860
GPU: GTX 1050 TI

Fans:
One stock AMD CPU fan, brand new with the CPU, only a few months old.
One generic fan that came with the case

Stop the case fan with your finger.

If the noise persists, it must be the other fan or something else entirely.

Stop the case fan with your finger.

If the noise persists, it must be the other fan or something else entirely.

Noise still persists after stopping case fan and it doesn’t sound like it’s coming from CPU fan
