about a week ago one of my HDDs (just contains Multimedia) start making this sound constantly

i test with <Hard Disk Sentinel> and it said it's 100% healthy
my system is 24/7 On so Iam worried about it
additional info:
it's a 4 years old WD Blue
I just installed a fresh windows 10 (1909) windows and I disabled all update / defender / antivirus features
there is no additional app installed right now
in task manager HDD usage is in 0% but it make this sound constantly
it's in half capacity
no matter how many minutes I put in hard drive power management for sleep time, it never go to sleep
it is very annoying situation and also I afraid this is gonna hurt the HDDs
please help me with this if you can
