So I went to boot my PC up today and I noticed it was boot cycling and the motherboard LEDs kept going from CPU to DRAM .

I checked the RAMs and one by one . In the end, one was not working . The RAM i have is
Gskill Trident Z Royal 32GB and its just been 2 years and one of them is dead ?
These are new and i didnt face any issue like this with my previous RAMs.
Is it an isolated issue ?
Is it because of the mobo ?

Please do note i have a stabilizer attached to my PC so there is no fluctuation as i have lost components to that perilously

Specs
Motherboard: MSI B365M PRO-VH (MS-7C31)
CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F @ 2.90GHz, 2904 Mhz, 6 Cores, 6 Logical Processors

RAM failures, while rare, do happen and are usually isolated. However, sticks from the same batch as the failed stick will have a slightly higher chance of failure. You should be able to get a warranty replacement for the RAM.

I think the store i bought it from went out of business
though i still have the receipt and the warranty on it. Can i send it to GSkill directly ?
