Every time my Internet temporarily turns off, and I troubleshooting it using "Troubleshoot Problems," I get this message. Every time I do repairs as an administrator, it ends up not working later on down the road. I'm using Ethernet on Windows 10.
How do I fix this?

Hit the windows key and type control panel. Hit enter
In the search bar at the top right type power options
select the first result which is power options. A new window will pop up

I have a brand new Dell E560. I was having the same problem after upgrading to Win 10..
This was exactly what was wrong.
