One PC can, One PC can not, be found in Workgroup

Hello all,

I just set up a Workgroup and everything looks like it was done correctly. I used my Windows 10 PC (we'll call that PC A) and set up a workgroup. Rebooted.

I went to my Windows 7 PC (we'll call it PC B) and ensured that it was on the same Workgroup. Rebooted.

I go back to PC A and I can sure as hell see PC B clear as day on there. No issues.

At first, it showed in the available computers on the Workgroup for a minute, but it wouldn't connect. I rebooted both PCs.

PC A can still see PC B, no problem. PC B, however, can not see PC A at all. Any ideas?

I'm not seeing any options to indicate I've neglected to share something, and they're both "findable" so far as I know. Is there something on PC A I have to check to make it viewable to PC B?
