Hello,
I recently purchased G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 32 GB (2 x 16) DDR5 6000 MHz CL36. It worked fine for few days then one stick of RAM is not detected anymore in BIOS nor Windows 11.
My mother board is Gigabyte Z690 UD AX BIOS update F6 and i9-12900K.

I swapped RAM sticks: one stick does not work no matter the slot, so as far as I know the issue come from one stick of RAM.
I ran memTest86 only on the working stick of RAM: success, no error.

I did not clear CMOS because I think it won't change anything as it was working fine for few days. You think I should ?
I already opened a ticket at saler's support.

It stopped working when I activated Windows 11, but is not not related right ?

The RGB light up on both sticks but does not follow the same pattern, the defective one is desynchronized.

Is there something I should try ?

Thank you !
