I have a user who left organisation a while ago then returned and now getting OneDrive Site User ID Mismatch errors. When someone tries to share files over teams access cannot be granted. i have found a fix here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/908524/onedrive-site-user-id-mismatch however the fix is to make an edit on the sharers account. this is fine however my organisation has about 800 employees and don't want to have to do this with everyone. is there a script that can be run or something that can be done on the one inflicted parties account.

The described problem requires administrative support from the organization's IT staff.

Assisting with editing, altering, or changing rights to shares/sharer accounts, and/or files would be a violation of Forum rules.

Escalate the problem to the applicable IT support administrator.

If you are the IT Admin then making the required edits should be well within your skill set and abilties independent of if the change is for one person, a specific team, or the entire 800 employees.

Closing thread accordingly.
