OnePlus Alert Slider

My alert slider on Oneplus 5 it's only switching between silent and vibrate, any ideas why or how to fix it, and can I put my op5 on ring mode from settings? Switching from 2 to 3 position and from 3 to 2 isn't working , the 1 to 2 and 2 to 1 position works perfectly. It happened around my update to Android 9.0 but can't remember exactly.

I'd suggest you raise it in their forum, I had some good results in chat with them in FB.

The community forum isn't helping, I contacted oneplus about this and still waiting for an answear.

They will be the only ones with an answer, if it was an update that caused the issue, they'll be only ones to fix it. Unless you have broken the switch, in which case they are the only ones to fix it.
