Question Online Laptop Games Lagging

As stated in subject line, I'm having lagging issues with two gaming apps that I use, and one seems to take forever to upload to play and commencement of game has already started once the lagging has stopped. I've adjusted the graphics; I've switched for game mode but not sure if this game (bingo) requires it to be on or not. I've also chosen "high performance" for both games and nothing seems to improve performance. I have great Wi-Fi too in case someone was thinking this might be the problem.

Any suggestions?
