Only 2 USB ports accepted

Hey I've got an issue involving my USB ports. I have 4 in the back, and 2 in the front, and for some strange reason only 2 of the back ones are working. I'm using USB audio, a mouse and keyboard. I recently switched to Windows 10, and now I have this issue.

Any ideas?

one question, are all the ports that are not working right now usb 3.0?

All the ports are USB 2.0. The computer is a Dell inspiron 620
