Only 2gb RAm can read my pc but i have 3gb Ram what shoul i do ??

Check in your BIOS. See if BIOS is showing 2GB or 3GB

Download CPU-z ( http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html ) - run it and go to the SPD tab - then use the Slot # drop down box to see what it is detecting in each MOBO slot - Use that info to see which module(s) it is not seeing. If it does not see a certain slot then check to ensure that module is installed properly.

But when i look into bios only 2gb ram can read ..

Sorry, it is my bad. Should have cleared that earlier. It means how many rams or ram modules you've.

Sounds like Bios is using compatibility mode for other OS
Try loading Bios Defaults - save and exit
