Question Only getting 30-40 FPS in all games ?

My GPU is underperforming instead of getting 70-80fps (high settings)
I'm only getting 30-40 fps in almost all games no matter which settings i play on ?

My specs -
1650 super
i5-10400f
16gb ram (2666)
550W psu

A month ago i clean installed GPU driver using ddu and my issue was solved , but the problem came back and ddu is not solving it this time.
By watching gameplay from YouTube with my similar specs , I noticed that the GPU temps , usage and other stats are almost same and normal except for the fps which remains 50% lower in mine ?

What are your system temps(CPU and GPU)?
if GPU usage is 100% then are there any other tasks that are using your GPU while you are gaming?


Usually when something weird like this happens to me

1. Re-install Latest Drivers using DDU.
2. Install older Drivers that seemed to work fine using DDU.
3. Just give up and re-install windows.
4. If it's not fixed it might just be hardware.

Gpu usage - 98 or 100 , temp 50-70
Cpu usage between 15 to 25 percent
I checked task manager but did not find any other task that uses GPU while gaming

Probably wait a day if maybe someone else replies and has a solution. If you already have a hefty backup of your stuff then go ahead why not

Windows sucks basically. Glad it's working again.
