Hi all,
I recently bought a custom build PC 2nd hand PC. I did run a benchmark test on it before I bought it and everything looked fine.
When I hooked up everything at my place, I've seen in the windows system overview that it only showed 16GB RAM while 32GB is installed physically.
I've checked if 1 of the cards might be broken, but when I remove a card, only 8GB is shown. Regardless in which port I put both sticks. It always shows half of the capacity.
I've tried to update the BIOS. Nothing helped. Also, in the BIOS only have of the capacity is shown.
I went to most of the troubleshooting online. Nothing helped until now.

Below the specs of the system.
Thanks in advance!
