Only half of RAM detected

Hi guys, I've just installed a new SSD to my pc and installed fresh windows on it too. After everything booted up, I realised that only 4GB of my memory was detected. I have 2x4gb RAM in dual channel config. Tried booting my pc with each of the ram, everything works but when I put both in it, only one will be detected. Even BIOS / CPU-Z / Task Manager shows that I have only 1 active ram in the 4 slots. Help please!

Do you have them in right slots ? Did you reset CMOS/BIOS between the changes ?
