Question Only my mobo lights turn on, nothing else

Whenever I plug in and switch on my power supply on a pc I’m building the only thing that happens is the leds on my motherboard light up, the fans don’t turn on, neither does the pump and the chassis leds don’t turn on either, I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my wiring on my motherboard or if it’s a power supply problem, I just need help
