Only my PC loses connection, and regularly

So as the title says, internet works perfectly in my house, but my computer loses connection every now and then. It is also a weird connection loss, because when using Discord, for example, I still listen to what others say, but they can't hear me. I'm really struggling with this issue, as it makes gaming almost impossible. The cuts last between 5 and 30 seconds, but happen very often.

I don't know what to do... I tried restarting the router, changing cables, updating drivers, restarting services, calling my internet company, etc. but nothing has changed.

have you tried installing another network card or trying a usb to ethernet adapter to see if that clears the issue?
