Only one fan spinning

My recently bought MSI gs60 ghost pro 3k comes inbuilt dual fan thermal cooling but when my laptop starts it only spins one. Do I have to manually turn the other one with a button in a gaming session or my laptop needs to be sent to MSI for fix, please I want to know.

I imagine it is controlled. Try a stress test and see if the other fan doesn't kick in.
