Hi, so I have a evga 2080 and one of my fans has stopped working. I tried to clean it and take it out and... the fan broke off. I really just want to know if it can run off just one fan and still be within a reasonable temp range when gaming. With both fans it would get up to about 78 degrees under load.

Solution
You can install a PCI Fans card underneath the GPU.

Replace the fan?

Generally just take the specific name of your GPU, toss it into amazon or ebay and add "replacement fan". Generally get a few dozen fans that will probably work. EVGA 2080 isn't really good enough, lots of versions, but you can just look visually at the fans to see if the ones they are selling are a close match.

Count the number of fan blades and try to get an idea for the size. Often they will accompany the fans with a picture of the original card they are for.

No guarantee of high quality fans, but better than no fan.
