Question only one side of laptop produces audio

Hello! One side of my laptop (my right but the laptops left from inside on the motherboard) isn't producing any sound. I've tried uninstalling my realtek driver then reinstalling but nothing has worked. When I test it in settings they both sound the same but on youtube and any game I play there's only sound being produced on the left side. It's driving me crazy I have no idea what to do or what could've happened. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Can you please mention the make and model of your laptop? An SKU to your laptop would help. Can you see what BIOS version you're on? You might want to uninstall your audio drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest drivers sourced from your laptop's support site but reinstall in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
