Only one system fan working? GA-Z97X Motherboard

Hi! First Custom build ever, extremely new to PC building so go easy when explaining stuff! Only one of my three case fans are working. They're all plugged into sys fan ports. But only one is spinning. I'm using a Corsair 760t case, but only the front top one plugged into sys fan 2 is spinning. I've tried switching the plugs around. I've googled for hours and looked around the BIOS but I don't know if the other 2 fans or just faulty or i'm missing some super hidden option to enable them! Please help!

Yeah i'm able to access the BIOS no problem at all!

Try setting them to Full Speed, from Normal.

Just gave it a try. The one spinning is at full speed. Other two nothing still.

Then it might be a motherboard issue. As options: RMA the board, or use a fan controller.

Alright then i'll look into fan controllers! Not sure what you mean by RMA?

By RMA: return the board to be repaired or replaced.
