Only static/humming sound from microphone.

Hello, I've been experiencing this problem for a while now, and it comes and go as it pleases. But for a couple of days now, i only hear a loud humming sound from my microphone. I've done a factory reset, uninstalled drivers, and i also checked so all my sockets are grounded.

I however, think it's some sort of electric problem, as i earlier today was connecting my speakers to the back of my pc, my pc just restarted when i was about to plug it in. The humming sound also becomes slighty fainter when i touch my pc case. So please, any help would be appreciated!

Update: I tried my headset (Roccat Renga) on my Laptop and it worked, so im sure it's my pc causing the problem.

Update: I replaced my old 480W PSU with a 650W one. The old PSU was some old random brand i have never heard of. The new PSU is a Corsair. However, the buzzing is now gone!

So to everybody having this problem, check your PSU, that may be the problem.
