I've been told by several people to enable Super Fast Boot in Bios but when I did it only loads me back to my UEFI every time and only shows UEFI in my boot options. In the dialog box when enabling Super Fast Boot it says it is only compatible with Windows 8. Is that true that it won't work for Windows 10?

Yes the toggle selector either has disable or enable but there is a dialog box to the side where it usually shows description of action that explain only compatible with Windows 8. Still need help not uninformed corrections.

Fast Boot means that the BIOS\firmware will not bother to initialise USB and look for bootable USB drives and other devices which may be connected. i.e. it assumes you just want to boot to Win8/10 as fast as possible. To boot from USB you should disable fast boot. Some BIOS Setup menus have a Fast Boot option to enable USB ports on boot, you can enable this if you want Fast Boot on but also want to boot from USB drives. Win8 and Win10 usually ship from the OEM with UEFI Windows, so if you want to install or boot non-UEFI OS's, you need to disable Fast Boot and Secure Boot. HTH.

YES I'm trying to just load my widows 10 is as fast as possible but every time I enable fast boot it just prompts me back to UEFI and all my boot drives and drives aren't available only UEFI boot. Any thoughts?

Have you disabled Secure Boot and set it to BIOS\Legacy\CSM only? If so, then I can't suggest anything else except dont enable Fast Boot.
