Only upload very slow on Wifi. help.

So, I have a quantum router from Fios. 150/150. All hardwired desktops/laptops get 150/150+. Phones, tablets, wifi laptops get 100-150 download but get 3-5 upload... I have tested 2.4 and 5ghz bands, different channels, reboots, I even have a WAP now with the same results. I purchased the WAP because the speeds in my master bedroom are even worse. Talking .1 (point 1) mbps. What can I check in wifi settings of the router that could cause this?

Does your house have a lot of confined spaces? Is it made of stone or concrete? Wifi works best in large open spaces.

Large, open house. Modern made of wood and drywall. Wifi problem in same same room or 3 rooms away as the router.
