Question Only way to PF is to use PFPortChecker tool?

So this is rather bizarre. The only way I am able to port forward a port is to use port checker tool. Nothing else I've tried so far works.
I have set static IP both on my PC and router. I have opened NAT/PAT for port 80. Added Dynamic DNS with NO-IP website. I have tried turning off UPnP in my router and firewall. I tried turning on DNZ hoping something will change. I also tried PFConfig Tool but it also does not work. I have Livebox 2.0 - some polish garbage router which is not supported.
Now the problem is... this port im currently checking stays open as long as I have the window opened. I cannot open more than 1 port because the other one closes. If THIS helps you anyhow.

Any ideas?

I want to unlock ports 80, 443, 6112, 6600. There is online version of this checker but doesn't work same. I got their program with all the tools because I was hoping to fix this. SOMEHOW this checker in downloaded version unlocks ports I'm currently checking.
